*Although we try to offer the best flat rate possible on all our searches, certain searches require additional cost as a result of surcharges placed on those searches by various municipalities, courts or other entities.  At all times we will try to advise you in advance regarding those additional costs if any.  Additional cost will only be charged on searches were we were incurred additional out-of-pocket expenditures.  As a result, Ambassador Abstract reserves the right to adjust these charges if necessary.
